Can I use a gift card with multi-buy savings and discount codes?

Yes. Your gift card pays for the order at checkout, so multi-buy savings and discount codes still apply to the products in your basket. Buying a gift card doesn't count as an item towards multi-buy or free shipping.

How long does a gift card last?

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date they're sent.

When will the gift card arrive?

It's sent by email. Tick "I want to send this as a gift" to send it to someone else on the date you choose, with your own message. Otherwise it comes to you straight after checkout.

How do I check my balance?

Open the gift card email and tap the link to view your card. It shows the remaining balance, and any amount you don't spend stays on the card for next time.
