Please Note
TRL Nutrition Ltd cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs delays, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of attack, adverse weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Please ensure the correct billing and shipping address is entered when placing an order. TRL Nutrition Ltd will not reimburse shipping costs or other fees for orders that are returned or undelivered due to incorrect addresses or recipient refusal.
UNITED KINGDOM (UK)
Standard Supplements & General Products
We use a variety of couriers, selected automatically based on your location and chosen service. Couriers may include DPD, Evri (Hermes), Parcelforce, Royal Mail, or others.
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
- Orders placed before 12 noon GMT/BST are usually shipped the same day (excluding public holidays)
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched
Express Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched
NADvance Wellness Device – Special Delivery (UK Only)
Orders containing the NADvance Wellness Device are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Business Day).
By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Dispatch occurs Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- Orders placed after the daily cut‑off will ship the next business day
- Delivery is handled by Royal Mail and is subject to their operational performance
- TRL Nutrition Ltd cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, strikes, or circumstances outside our control
- You must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address
- Missed deliveries, redelivery delays, or failure to collect from a depot may affect the condition of temperature‑sensitive items
Temperature‑Sensitive Handling
The NADvance Wellness Device includes components that require controlled handling. Once Royal Mail confirms delivery, responsibility for correct storage transfers to the customer.
TRL Nutrition Ltd is not liable for:
- Degradation caused by missed deliveries
- Parcels left in warm or unsafe environments
- Delays caused by the courier or customer unavailability
NADvance is available for UK delivery only.
INTERNATIONAL (EU)
Supplements and non‑temperature‑sensitive items can be shipped internationally.
All international orders are shipped via Hermes, UPS, or Royal Mail.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days
- Orders placed before 12 noon GMT/BST are usually shipped the same day
- Tracking information will be provided where available
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or local taxes. These charges are not included in TRL Nutrition Ltd shipping costs.
As the recipient, you are responsible for:
- All import duties, customs charges, and local taxes
- Ensuring the products ordered are permitted in your country
If you refuse to pay customs duties, the order will be returned to TRL Nutrition Ltd. The full shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
By law, TRL Nutrition Ltd must declare the correct value of all international packages. Requests to alter this information will be denied.
If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we will refund the order minus shipping and return‑shipping costs once it arrives back at our facility.
If a package is destroyed, seized, or permanently held by customs, we cannot offer a refund.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when all or part of your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Damages & SavedBy Insurance
TRL Nutrition Ltd is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we now offer SavedBy Insurance at checkout to protect your order during shipping. If you opt for SavedBy, you can file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages through our dedicated claims portal.
If you choose SavedBy: You are fully covered for any loss, damage, or theft during transit, and you can easily resolve the issue with SavedBy at no extra cost to you.
If you choose NOT to opt for SavedBy: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items, and we cannot process claims for these situations.
