Unjustified chargebacks may result in recovery of fees and associated costs.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 NADvance Wellness Device – Special Delivery

Orders containing the NADvance Wellness Device are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Business Day).

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Dispatch occurs Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after the daily cut‑off will ship the next business day
  • Delivery is handled by Royal Mail and is subject to their operational performance
  • TRL Nutrition cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, strikes, or circumstances outside our control
  • You must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address
  • Missed deliveries, redelivery delays, or failure to collect from a depot may affect the condition of temperature‑sensitive items

7.2 Temperature‑Sensitive Handling

The NADvance Wellness Device includes components that require controlled handling. Once Royal Mail confirms delivery, responsibility for correct storage transfers to the customer.

TRL Nutrition is not liable for:

  • Degradation caused by missed deliveries
  • Parcels left in unsafe or warm environments
  • Delays caused by the courier or customer unavailability

7.3 General Delivery Terms

  • UK delivery for non‑temperature‑sensitive items typically takes 1–5 working days
  • International delivery may take 7–14 working days (NADvance is UK‑only)
  • Tracking information will be provided where available
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

8.1 Non‑Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplements
  • Temperature‑sensitive items
  • Sterile components
  • Sharps (e.g., micro‑needles)
  • Wellness devices once shipped
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed

8.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification

8.3 Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
