Who's behind Chosen
Chosen was founded by Sadik Hadzovic and Iain Valliere, two of the best-known names in bodybuilding, alongside Julien Geoffrion and Blake Course. Sadik spent more than 20 years in the industry representing other brands before building his own. Iain is a professional bodybuilder who competed for most of his adult life, and now puts that experience into the formulas.
What they make
Chosen Pre-Workout has 300 mg of caffeine, 8 g of citrulline malate and 3.2 g of beta-alanine a scoop. The Stim-Free Pre is the same formula without caffeine. Chosen Protein Powder gives 27 g of protein a scoop from whey, milk and beef isolates. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.
Where to start
Chosen Creatine is 5 g of creatine monohydrate a scoop. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Add EAA + Pump or Carb Powder to sip during long sessions.
How to choose
