At TRL Nutrition, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines when returns and refunds are accepted, and the conditions that apply.


14-Day Return Policy (Supplements Only)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for eligible items.

Eligibility for Supplement Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Have all seals, safety films, and tamper protections intact
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Opened supplements cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • NADvance Wellness Device
  • Sterile components
  • Sharps (including micro-needles)
  • Temperature-sensitive items
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed
  • Sale items and gift cards

These items can only be replaced if they arrive faulty or damaged, and this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Starting a Return

To initiate a return for eligible items, contact us at info@trlnutrition.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.


Damages & SavedBy Insurance

TRL Nutrition Ltd is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we offer SavedBy Insurance at checkout to protect your order during transit.

If you choose SavedBy:

  • You are fully covered for loss, damage, or theft during transit
  • You can file a claim through our dedicated SavedBy claims portal
  • Replacements are handled quickly and at no extra cost to you

If you choose NOT to opt for SavedBy:

  • TRL Nutrition Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • We cannot process claims or issue replacements for these situations

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
