Frequently asked questions
Which supplements do men usually start with?
Many start with a greens powder, vitamin D or omega-3. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
When should I take daily capsules?
Most are labelled to take with food. Golden is taken with your last meal of the day, and Revive MD Vitamin C with food.
Can I take several products together?
Many people do. Check the labels for nutrients that appear in more than one product and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
