RAW Nutrition CBUM Itholate Whey Protein Isolate

RAW Nutrition

About

Dessert, but it's a shake.

Itholate is Chris Bumstead's whey isolate, and the flavours read like a dessert menu. Every scoop still gives you 25 g of protein.

What's inside.

Whey protein isolate leads every flavour. A scoop gives you 25 g of protein for 110 to 140 kcal, with 3 g of sugar or less. Some flavours add real pieces, such as cookie crumbs, cereal pieces or freeze-dried strawberry.

Shake, stir or blend.

Shake a scoop with 180 to 300 ml of cold water or milk after training, stir it into your morning oats, or blend it into a smoothie as an afternoon snack.¹

The range runs from cookies and cakes to cereal, ice cream and mocha coffee.

¹ Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.
