RAW Nutrition Cream of Rice Gluten-Free Cereal

RAW Nutrition

About

Breakfast you can make half-asleep.

No pan, no measuring jug. Add a scoop of RAW Cream of Rice to a bowl with water, microwave it, and you have a smooth, porridge-style bowl.

What's inside.

It's white rice with natural flavourings, sea salt, xanthan gum and a sweetener, plus cocoa and cane sugar in Double Fudge Brownie. A scoop gives you 26 g of carbohydrate for 110 to 120 kcal, with 0 to 2 g of sugar.

Microwave, stir, top.

Stir a scoop into 90 to 150 ml of water, microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, stir, then heat again. Have it at breakfast, or 1 to 2 hours before training. Stir in a scoop of protein once it's cooked for a fuller bowl.

Flavours are sweet and dessert-like, from creamy vanilla to chocolate fudge.
