This is FERAL's high-stim pre-workout. If you already take strong pre-workouts and know your caffeine tolerance, it's for you. If you don't, start with something milder.

What's inside.

One 8 g scoop gives you about 203 mg of caffeine, from caffeine anhydrous, dicaffeine malate (Infinergy) and caffeine citrate. It adds 150 mg of theobromine, 2 g of beta-alanine, 1 g of taurine and 50 mg of CognatiQ coffee fruit extract, for 5 kcal.

One scoop first.

Shake the tub, then mix one scoop with 115 to 140 ml of cold water 20 to 30 minutes before training. Only experienced users should go to two scoops, for about 405 mg of caffeine. Train in the morning or afternoon, not within 6 hours of bed, and skip other caffeine that day.

Made in a facility that also handles milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, peanuts, tree nuts, soya, wheat and sesame.

Directions for use
