At TRL Nutrition, we offer Package Protection through Swap Protect, giving you peace of mind with every order. When you place your order, you have the option to opt in or out of this coverage. If you choose to opt in and pay for the insurance, this section applies to you.

Easy and Fast Resolution for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
With Swap Protect, you’re covered if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We’ll help resolve shipping issues quickly, and if needed, we’ll send you a new item at no additional cost, upon claim approval.

How to File a Claim:

  • Claims for parcels marked "delivered" must be filed within 3 to 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Claims for parcels marked as "lost" (i.e., not marked as delivered) must be filed between 5 and 30 days from the last tracking checkpoint.

  • All claims must be filed within 30 days from the order date.
