Salted Caramel is Keone Pearson's signature flavour for Elev8: the sweet-and-salty dessert taste, ready in about two minutes.

What's inside.

Elev8 cream of rice is finely milled white rice that cooks into a smooth, porridge-style bowl. Each scoop gives 120 kcal, 27 g of carbohydrate and 2 g of protein, with 0 g of fat and 0 g of sugars, before milk or toppings. It's sweetened with sucralose.

Two minutes, three ways.

Mix a scoop with 80 to 100 ml of water and microwave in short bursts, stirring in between, until smooth. Have it for breakfast, 60 to 90 minutes before training, or after a session with a scoop of protein stirred through once it's cooked.

Rich, buttery caramel with a light salted finish.

Directions for use

Microwave: mix 1 scoop with 80 to 100 ml of water in a medium microwave-safe bowl and stir well. Cook for 60 to 90 seconds, stir, then heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and cooked through.
Use a little less water for a thicker bowl, or a little more for a thinner one. Add protein, fruit or other toppings after cooking.
