We recommend a dose of 5 - 10g per day for optimal results. Simply add 1 ritual scoop or 2 heaped teaspoons to any drink of choice or stir into food. Liquid first: Always add the collagen to your liquid, not the other way around.2. Warm over cold: While collagen works in cold drinks, it dissolves more easily in warm liquids.3.
