PRECISE AMOUNTS OF SODIUM
Sodium is the main electrolyte responsible for fluid balance, muscle contraction, and cellular communication and is the electrolyte that’s lost in the largest and most variable amounts during excessive endurance exercise and sports.
- Each serving includes 300mg sodium in a 1:1 ratio of sea salt to sodium citrate.
- Using sodium citrate in conjunction with sea salt allows your gut to tolerate more sodium consumption during training, delivering optimal hydration and electrolyte balance without digestive upset.
PROPER CARB TO SODIUM RATIO
This formula contains the optimal carb and salt ratios to meet the needs of endurance athletes at the highest level per hour without gut distress. Raw Ultra Endurance provides up to 100-120g of carbs in combination with 1250-1500mg sodium per hour.
Raw Fuel is designed to be consumed both during and after training and endurance events. For approximately 60 minutes of light training or activity, take 1 scoop. For longer or more intense sessions, you can consume up to 5 scoops for optimal energy and hydration.
