Krill oil is naturally red, and this one comes as two small 500 mg capsules a day rather than one large one.

What's inside.

Two capsules give you 1,000 mg of Norwegian and Antarctic krill oil with 216 mg of omega-3, including 107 mg of EPA and 51 mg of DHA, plus 420 mg of phospholipids and 258 µg of astaxanthin. The shell is gelatine, glycerol and soy lecithin.

Two with a meal.

Take two capsules with water once a day, ideally with a meal, at breakfast or dinner. Keep the pouch somewhere cool, ideally in the fridge.
