What's inside.

Two capsules give you 1,000 mg of fish oil in natural triglyceride form, from natural wildwater fish, with at least 330 mg of EPA, 220 mg of DHA and 650 mg of total omega-3. The shell is fish gelatin, with tocopherols as an antioxidant.

Two with a meal.

Take two capsules with water once a day, ideally with a meal. Breakfast is easy to remember, or have them with dinner if mornings are rushed.¹

¹ EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
