RAW Nutrition CBUM Essential Charged High-Stim Pre-Workout

RAW Nutrition

About

When Essential Pre isn't enough.

If you already use Essential Pre and want more, Charged keeps the same simple style with more citrulline and a bigger caffeine dose.

What's inside.

One scoop gives you 6 g of L-citrulline, 3.2 g of beta-alanine, 2 g of L-tyrosine, 400 mg of alpha-GPC, 350 mg of caffeine, 100 mg of theobromine, 200 mg of Himalayan pink salt and 5 µg of vitamin B12.

Half a scoop first.

Start with half a scoop to check your tolerance. Then mix one scoop with 250 to 350 ml of water 20 to 30 minutes before training, at least 6 hours before bed. Never take more than one scoop a day.¹

The flavours are bold, sour and fruity.

¹ Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use

Adults: mix 1 scoop (16 to 16.8 g, depending on flavour) with 250 to 350 ml of water 20 to 30 minutes before training. Start with half a scoop to check tolerance. Do not exceed 1 scoop a day.

Always follow the dosage instructions on each individual product label. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine.
