Peanut Butter Cup is made with real peanut flour and cocoa powder, so it tastes like the sweet you'd reach for anyway.

What's inside.

Elev8 cream of rice is finely milled white rice that cooks into a smooth, porridge-style bowl. Each scoop gives 132 kcal, 27 g of carbohydrate and 3 g of protein, with 1 g of fat and 0 g of sugars, before milk or toppings. It's sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides. It contains peanuts.

Two minutes, three ways.

Mix a scoop with 80 to 100 ml of water and microwave in short bursts, stirring in between, until smooth. Have it for breakfast, 60 to 90 minutes before training, or after a session with a scoop of protein stirred through once it's cooked.

Roasted, nutty peanut butter wrapped in rich, smooth cocoa.

Directions for use

Microwave: mix 1 scoop with 80 to 100 ml of water in a medium microwave-safe bowl and stir well. Cook for 60 to 90 seconds, stir, then heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and cooked through.
Use a little less water for a thicker bowl, or a little more for a thinner one. Add protein, fruit or other toppings after cooking.
