Directions for use

The Core Hydration Drink can be used at any time of the day. We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming our hydration drinks first thing in the morning.We also suggest that you use Cadence 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.
