How to File a Claim:

Claims for parcels marked "delivered" must be filed within 3 to 30 days of the delivery date.

Claims for parcels marked as "lost" (i.e., not marked as delivered) must be filed between 5 and 30 days from the last tracking checkpoint.

All claims must be filed within 30 days from the order date.
