What's inside.

Every 2 ml gives you 62.5 µg (2500 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and 200 µg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7.

Half a teaspoon with food.

Take 2 ml, about half a teaspoon, once a day with a meal. Have it straight off the spoon at breakfast or lunch, whichever meal you never miss.¹ ²

How to use
