About

M(6) is an energy capsule from High Performance Nutrition (HPN). Each 2-capsule serving has 150 mg of caffeine, 300 mg of bilberry fruit extract, 250 mg of glucuronolactone and 10 mg of PQQ.

It also has 1000 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Take 2 capsules in the morning or before exercise.
