If your cupboard has a separate pot for vitamin D, B12 and zinc, Safeguard puts them in one daily serving with the rest of the basics.

What's inside.

Three capsules give you all eight B vitamins, including 500 µg of vitamin B12, plus 900 µg of vitamin A, 250 mg of vitamin C, 25 µg of vitamin D3 and 20 mg of vitamin E. Minerals include 15 mg of zinc, 200 µg of selenium, 150 µg of iodine, 8 mg of iron and 90 mg of magnesium. Sensoril ashwagandha, alpha lipoic acid, inositol and BioPerine are added.

Take three capsules once a day with a meal, at breakfast or lunch, whichever you'll remember. Don't take more than three in 24 hours.¹ ²

¹ Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

High-dose vitamin B6: contains 100 mg of vitamin B6 per serving. Long-term intake of more than 10 mg of vitamin B6 a day may lead to mild numbness in the hands and feet. Do not take with other supplements containing vitamin B6.

Not suitable for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have a medical condition or take any medication, speak to your doctor before use.
