What's inside.

Two softgels give you 1,000 mg of krill oil with 220 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 120 mg of EPA and 55 mg of DHA. In krill oil, the omega-3s come with phospholipids, 400 mg a serving, plus 50 mg of choline and 100 µg of astaxanthin.

Take two softgels once a day with water, at breakfast or with your evening meal. The softgels are bovine gelatin, so they aren't suitable for vegetarians.
