Vitamin D and vitamin K2 are often taken together. This puts both in a single vegan capsule you take once a day.

What's inside.

Each capsule gives you 65 µg (2,600 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol in a Capsoil nanoemulsion, and 100 µg of vitamin K2 as K2VITAL DELTA, the all-trans MK-7 form. The rest is organic rice flour, organic MCT oil, organic rice fibre and a cellulose capsule.

One a day, with food.

Take one capsule a day with water, ideally with a meal. If you take blood-thinning medication, speak to your doctor first, as vitamin K can affect it.¹ ²
