Estro from Primabolics puts NAC, curcumin and broccoli sprout in the same daily formula as B vitamins and minerals, so it's one routine, not a shelf of pots.

What's inside.

Four capsules give you 600 mg of NAC, 500 mg of curcumin, 300 mg of ashwagandha, 300 mg of lemon balm and 200 mg of broccoli sprout extract. They add 3.2 mg of vitamin B6, 4 µg of vitamin B12, 100 µg of selenium, 150 µg of iodine, 20 mg of zinc citrate and chromium. The capsules are gelatin.

Split it in two.

Take two capsules when you wake and two in the evening. Or take all four 30 minutes before bed.¹ ²

¹ Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

² Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules in the morning on waking and 2 capsules in the evening. During stressful periods you can take all 4 capsules 30 minutes before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
