Naughty Boy Hydration puts electrolytes, taurine and creatine in one 8.5 g scoop, so there's one tub to grab before you train.

What's inside.

Each scoop gives you 448 mg of potassium, 94 mg of magnesium, 196 mg of chloride, 112 mg of sodium and 55 µg of selenium, plus 1.5 g of taurine, 1 g of creatine monohydrate and 200 mg of MitoReds fruit and vegetable blend. It's sweetened with stevia.

During, after or on rest days.

Mix a scoop with about 400 ml of ice-cold water. Sip it during training, have it straight after, or drink it through the afternoon on rest days.¹ ²

Flavours run from sweet candy and bubblegum to tart lemonade and juicy summer fruit.
