After training, you could mix carbs in one bottle and aminos in another. Repair puts both in one scoop.

What's inside.

Each 28 g scoop gives you 15 g of carbohydrate from 10.9 g of dextrose and 5 g of highly branched cluster dextrin, plus 5 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio and 2 g of the other essential amino acids. Coconut water powder, pink Himalayan sea salt and Spectra fruit and vegetable blend round it out, for 60 kcal.

During or straight after.

Mix a scoop with 250 to 350 ml of cold water. Sip it in the last part of your session, or drink it straight after training while you stretch.

The flavours are sweet, fruity and a little sour.
