Some days you're in the gym, some days you're at a desk until late. Hydramind is one drink for both: electrolytes, taurine and creatine in a 9.4 g scoop.

What's inside.

Each scoop gives you 448 mg of potassium, 196 mg of chloride, 112 mg of sodium, 74 mg of magnesium from the MGUltra4 blend and 55 µg of selenium, plus 1.5 g of taurine and 1 g of creatine monohydrate. The full formula is in the ingredients list.

Ice-cold, any time.

Mix a scoop with about 400 ml of ice-cold water. Sip it during training, or keep a bottle on your desk through the afternoon.¹ ²
