Pre-training, no stimulants.

PA(7) is a pre-training tablet with no caffeine at all, so it fits early mornings, late sessions or alongside your usual pre-workout.

What's inside.

Four tablets give you 1500 mg of Mediator, a 50% phosphatidic acid ingredient, 1000 mg of L-leucine and 100 mg of AstraGin from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus root.

Four before you train.

Take four tablets with water 30 minutes to an hour before training. On light or moderate days, two tablets is the label dose. For adults over 18 only.

Directions for use

Take 4 tablets with water 30 minutes to 1 hour before training. For light to moderate training, take 2 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
