The rundown

Pick your favourite first.

Not sure which Debloat flavour is yours? This box gives you the whole range in single sticks, so you can try them all before you commit to a jar.

What's inside.

Every stick gives you 2600 to 2900 mg of wild organic African baobab, 5 billion CFU of live cultures (Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus clausii) and 90 mg of vitamin C, for 5 calories. The cultures are shelf stable, so the sticks can live in a bag or a drawer.

First thing, before breakfast.

Mix one stick into 350 to 600 ml of water and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Pour it over ice, or keep a stick in your bag for the office.¹

The flavours are bright and juicy, from sunny citrus to soft stone fruit and tropical.

¹ Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use

Mix 1 stick with 350 to 600 ml of water. For best results, drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Tastes great if you can get it to mix

I love Elev8 creamy rice so had high hopes for this flavour, however I couldn't get it to mix well, just ended up lumpy. ( tried lots if different methods) Ended up throwing it out. Hence 2 star rating. I have got to say that all other flavours I have tried, mix like a dream.

As Expected

I've been using this for a few weeks now and feel relieved that it met expectations. The energy it gives is clean in that theres no tingles, aggressive heart rate increase or the feeling of being over stimulated. Im picky over pre workouts as some raved about formulations make me feel like im walking around with a dumbell on my head. Having said that TRL; PLEASE BRING BACK IN STOCK DVST8. Used it for 3 years straight and for me it's almost perfect.
