What's inside.

Each mint has 1 g of creatine monohydrate, so five give you 5 g. They're sugar-free, sweetened with xylitol, mannitol and stevia, flavoured with peppermint oil and coloured with spirulina.

All at once or spread out.

Chew all five after training, or have a couple with breakfast and the rest through the afternoon. Five a day is the daily dose.¹
