Each 15ml serving contains a 3000mg blend of L-Carnitine, Acetyl L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine Tartrate. The label gives a combined blend amount, not separate amounts for each form.

Vitamins

Each 15ml serving provides thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
