Atlas Performance Creatine

Ambrosia Collective

About

Creapure, and almost nothing else.

Atlas is Creapure creatine monohydrate with one addition: a little acetic acid from apple cider vinegar. Nothing else goes in the tub.

What's inside.

Each 2.6 g scoop gives you 2.5 g of Creapure creatine monohydrate and 50 mg of acetic acid from apple cider vinegar. It's unflavoured.

Before training, or on waking.

Mix one to two scoops into about 240 ml of water or a cold drink 15 minutes before training. On rest days, take it when you wake up. Two scoops, the daily maximum, give you 5 g of creatine.¹

¹ Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Directions for use

Mix 1 to 2 scoops in about 240 ml of water or a cold drink, 15 minutes before training. On rest days, take it when you wake up. Do not exceed 2 scoops a day.

Always follow the dosage instructions on each individual product label. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine.
