What's inside.

It's a single ingredient: grass-fed colostrum powder. APE's analysis lists the immunoglobulins IgG, IgA and IgM and lactoferrin, with 135 mg of calcium and 110 mg of phosphorus a serving.

Cold drinks only.

Stir it into a glass of cold water, blend it into a smoothie, or shake it into your post-training shake. Keep it out of hot drinks.¹
