I love Elev8 creamy rice so had high hopes for this flavour, however I couldn't get it to mix well, just ended up lumpy. ( tried lots if different methods) Ended up throwing it out. Hence 2 star rating. I have got to say that all other flavours I have tried, mix like a dream.
