What's inside.

Two capsules give you 900 mg of TMG as betaine anhydrous, 1000 µg DFE of folate as calcium methylfolate, 30 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 5.1 mg of vitamin B6 and 12 mg of zinc as zinc picolinate. They come in AR-CAPS acid-resistant capsules.
