Six capsules give you 1 g of myo-inositol, 750 mg of evening primrose oil powder, 300 mg of maca root, 200 mg of 20:1 stinging nettle root, 200 mg of quercetin, 100 mg of indole-3-carbinol and 50 mg of bromelain, with 150 mg of vitamin C and 15 mg of vitamin E.

Split across meals.

Take two capsules with each of breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you skip a meal, take them with the next one.¹ ²
