Most multivitamins stop at vitamins and minerals. Revive MD's version adds NAC, acetyl L-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid, so there are fewer pots on the shelf.

What's inside.

Five capsules give you 250 mg of vitamin C, 25 µg of vitamin D3, beta-carotene, the B vitamins with folate as Quatrefolic and B12 as methylcobalamin, plus magnesium, zinc, selenium, iodine, manganese and chromium. On top are 600 mg of NAC, 500 mg of acetyl L-carnitine HCl, 200 mg of alpha lipoic acid, 50 mg of mixed tocopherols, green tea extract and HiActives organic broccoli sprout powder.

Split across meals.

Take all five capsules with breakfast, or split them between breakfast and lunch. Always take them with food, and skip other green tea products that day.¹ ²
