Each 11.5 g scoop gives you 8.5 g of essential amino acids: 3 g of leucine, 1.5 g each of isoleucine and valine, 1 g of lysine, 650 mg of threonine, 500 mg of phenylalanine and smaller amounts of histidine, methionine and tryptophan.

Before, during or between.

Mix a scoop with about 400 ml of ice-cold water. Drink it before training, sip it during your session, or have it between meals on rest days.
