Happy with your pre-workout but want glycerol in it? Gorilla Mode HydroPrime is the branded powder on its own, with no flavour, so it drops into whatever you already drink.

What's inside.

Each 5 g scoop is HydroPrime glycerol powder and nothing else. It's 65% glycerol, so a scoop gives you about 3.3 g.

One or two scoops.

Mix 1 to 2 scoops into 300 to 600 ml of water or your pre-workout 30 minutes before training. For sessions over 2 hours, add another 1 to 2 scoops to a bottle and sip it as you train. Don't go over 1.2 g of glycerol per kg of body weight in 24 hours.

How to use

Adults: mix 1 to 2 scoops (5 to 10 g) with 300 to 600 ml of water or your pre-workout and drink 30 minutes before training. For sessions over 2 hours, mix another 1 to 2 scoops in 300 to 600 ml of water and drink during training. Do not exceed 1.2 g of glycerol per kg of body weight in 24 hours.
