Each 15 ml serving gives you 3,000 mg of a carnitine blend made from L-carnitine, acetyl L-carnitine and L-carnitine tartrate, with thiamine, 16 mg of niacin, 2 mg of vitamin B6 and 4.8 µg of vitamin B12.

Shake, measure, drink.

Shake the bottle, then take one tablespoon (15 ml), about a third of the cap. Drink it neat, or add it to a glass of water.¹

Flavours taste like sour sweets and fruit, from gummy worms and peach rings to tropical.
