A greens powder and a multivitamin usually mean two products. Everyday Health from Primabolics puts both in one scoop.

What's inside.

Each scoop has 2.5 g of organic wheat grass, barley grass, spirulina and chlorella, 1 g of reishi, 250 mg of shiitake and 175 mg of Panax ginseng. It adds 600 mg of NAC, 1 g of fermented L-glutamine, 5 billion CFU of LactoSpore live cultures, bromelain, papain and ginger. On top come 80 mg of vitamin C, the B vitamins, vitamin D and minerals.

Once a day.

Mix one scoop with 250 to 300 ml of cold water with breakfast, or shake it up mid-afternoon. Skip other multivitamins on the same day.¹ ²

The range runs from crisp green fruit and tropical blends to a rich cocoa option.
