About

This is our Popular Magnesium powder but with the additional benefits of vitamins D3, K2, C, B6, boron, zinc and potassium, along with your daily dose of magnesium. Magnesium is extremely important for the normal functioning of cells, nerves, muscles, bones and the heart. Many studies have showcased the health benefits linked with magnesium including better muscle and nerve function, stronger teeth and bones, energy generation and better hormonal health. Inadequate levels of magnesium can lead to weakness, muscle cramps, nausea, anxiety, high blood pressure, dizziness and fatigue. Some nutritional experts recommend taking magnesium supplements in the evening before sleeping, as its helps the muscles to relax and recover from the exertions of the day.

Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate,) potassium bicarbonate, ascorbic acid, zinc picolinate, boric acid, vitamin K2-MK7 (trans), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use

Simply mix in a glass or mug with 30-60ml of hot water. Let fizz, and then stir until dissolved. Add either hot or cold water to mixture and enjoy!
