Delivery Method

All NADvance orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Business Day).

Temperature‑Sensitive Handling

NADvance contains components that require controlled temperature handling. Orders are dispatched Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays. Parcels are insulated to maintain stability during transit.

Customer Delivery Responsibility

Someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. Royal Mail will require a signature. Missed deliveries may be held at a local depot. TRL Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts.

Liability & Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched. Responsibility transfers to the customer once Royal Mail marks the parcel as delivered. Temperature‑sensitive items cannot be left in safe places or with neighbours.
