Directions for use

1. For higher intensity training and high sweat rate sessions: Drink 1-2 Servings of Replenish with 20-30oz of water during training.
2. For lower intensity training and less of a sweat rate sessions: Drink 1 Serving of Replenish with 20-30oz of water during training.
3. Rehydration AFTER training: Drink 1 Serving of Replenish with 20oz Water
