With Swap Protect, you’re covered if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We’ll help resolve shipping issues quickly, and if needed, we’ll send you a new item at no additional cost, upon claim approval.

How to File a Claim:

• Claims for parcels marked "delivered" must be filed within 3 to 30 days of the delivery date.

• Claims for parcels marked as "lost" (i.e., not marked as delivered) must be filed between 5 and 30 days from the last tracking checkpoint.

• All claims must be filed within 30 days from the order date.
