Most pre-workouts stop at caffeine. Kinetic adds three organic mushrooms and a full 3 g of creatine, so you don't need a separate creatine tub.

What's inside.

One scoop gives you 250 mg of caffeine from CoffeeBerry, dicaffeine malate and caffeine anhydrous, plus 3 g of creatine monohydrate. There's 500 mg each of organic lion's mane, reishi and cordyceps, 800 mg of eleuthero, 500 mg of L-carnitine L-tartrate, 250 mg of Bacognize bacopa, 100 mg of AlphaSize and 100 mg of NeuroFactor coffee fruit.

Twenty minutes before training.

Mix one scoop into 250 to 350 ml of cold water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before you train. Morning and lunchtime sessions both suit it, but keep it away from late evenings because of the caffeine. Stick to one scoop a day and skip other caffeine.¹

Every flavour is bright and sweet, from sharp blue raspberry to juicy tropical fruit.

¹ Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop with 250 to 350 ml of water 20 to 30 minutes before training. Do not take more than 1 scoop a day or combine with other caffeine.
