What's inside.

One scoop gives you 200 mg of caffeine, 50 mg of theobromine, 6 g of L-citrulline, 3.2 g of beta-alanine, 2.5 g of betaine anhydrous and 500 mg of N-acetyl L-carnitine. It adds vitamins C, B6 and B12, for 10 kcal and no sugar.

One scoop, before you train.

Mix one scoop with 240 to 350 ml of cold water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before your session, morning or early evening. Don't take more than one scoop a day, and skip other caffeine that day.
