VitaHD starts as a high-dose multivitamin and mineral, then adds the Human Protocol Complex: mushrooms, botanicals and antioxidants that usually sit in separate pots.

What's inside.

Five capsules give you 500 mg of vitamin C, 25 µg of vitamin D3, 50 µg of MenaQ7 vitamin K2, vitamins A and E, and B vitamins including 90 mg of B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate, L-5-MTHF folate and methylcobalamin B12. Minerals include 200 mg of magnesium, 125 mg of calcium, 15 mg of zinc and selenium, mostly as glycinates. The complex adds 250 mg of organic cordyceps, 125 mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha, 100 mg each of Setria glutathione, quercetin, turmeric and grape seed, 50 mg of Kaneka ubiquinol, PQQ, lutein, astaxanthin and more.

Split across two meals.

Take five capsules a day with food and water: three with breakfast and two with your evening meal, or all five with your main meal.¹ ²
