About

No caffeine. Train any hour.

Late session, or already on a stim pre-workout? RAW Pump leaves caffeine out, so it works at night or alongside the caffeine you already use.

What's inside.

One scoop gives you 2.5 g of L-citrulline, 2.5 g of betaine, 1 g each of beta-alanine and L-tyrosine, 750 mg of taurine, 750 mg of Nitrosigine, 500 mg of agmatine, 500 mg of Himalayan pink salt and 150 mg of lion's mane extract. Two scoops double the lot.

Before training, any time.

Mix one scoop with 250 to 350 ml of water 20 to 30 minutes before training. Experienced users can take two scoops, or add one scoop to a stim pre-workout. It suits evening sessions too, as there's no caffeine.

Flavours range from sharp sour candy and lemonades to juicy watermelon and pineapple.

Directions for use

Adults: mix 1 scoop (12.3 g) with 250 to 350 ml of water 20 to 30 minutes before training. Experienced users can take 2 scoops. Do not exceed 2 scoops a day.

Always follow the dosage instructions on each individual product label. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine.
